CSFNs elect new Superior General: Sr. Jana Zawieja

 Sr. Jana Zawieja, CSFN, who has served nine years as secretary in the General Administration for the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth (CSFN), was elected Superior General on Wednesday, July 21, 2010.
Sr. Jana is the ninth Superior General following the congregation’s Mother Foundress, Blessed Mary of Jesus the Good Shepherd (Frances Siedliska). Sr. Jana succeeds Sr. Janice Fulmer, superior general since 2001. At right, outgoing Superior General, Sr. Janice Fulmer, holds a bouquet from all the CSFNs across the world, ready to present it on their behalf to the new Superior General.
